1. Consumer Rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers have the following rights when they purchase goods:

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and match the description provided.

You have 30 days to cancel your purchase if the item is faulty or not as described, and receive a full refund.

If you discover a fault after 30 days, you are still entitled to a repair or replacement within the first six months of receiving the item.

After six months, the burden of proof falls on you to prove the item was faulty at the time of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You are entitled to a refund under the following conditions:

Faulty goods: If your item is damaged or faulty when it arrives or becomes faulty within 30 days of receipt.

Incorrect items: If the item you received is not the item you ordered.

Change of mind: You can request a return and refund for non-faulty items within 14 days of receiving the item. However, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item via our Contact Us portal. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will process your request and provide instructions on how to return the item.

4. Return of Goods

Return shipping: In the case of faulty or incorrect goods, we will cover the return shipping cost. If you are returning the item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Condition of goods: The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Any items returned damaged or used may be refused a refund or only be eligible for a partial refund.

5. Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note, depending on your payment provider, it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account.

If the item cannot be replaced or repaired, we will issue a full refund.

6. Exemptions

The following items are not eligible for a refund or exchange:

Perishable goods, such as food or flowers.

Personalised or custom-made products.

Sealed items, such as hygiene products, if the seal is broken.

Digital downloads or services, once the service has been completed.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item is damaged or faulty upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible to report the issue. We will either repair, replace, or offer a refund, depending on your preference and the condition of the item.

8. Consumer Rights
